Dsm 7.2.2-72806 update 3 install

Running the above server version, is it safe to upgrade to dsm 7.2.2-72806 update 3? Any steps I should take before or after the upgrade?

The 7.2.2 update 3 completely bricks Plex. Will there be any Plex packages released to fix this? @ChuckPa

You’re trying to install DSM 7 package.

You need the DSM 7.2.2+ Package

(it’s on the downloads page, immediately beneath the 7.0 → 7.2.1 package )

The same thing happened to me today. I should have come here first. When will a new PLEX server package be available? This is the first time this has happened since I’ve installed the PLEX server on my Synology NAS. I shouldn’t have run the update 3 quite yet. It is very frustrating.
