DSM 7.0 Transcoding (VaapiDriver="i965")

Hi,

I’m currently wondering where I can find the “preferences.xml” in order to add the VaapiDriver=“i965” mentioned here: Problem with Transcoding

Or is this no longer needed with the new package?
