I’ve been trying to setup another server (under the same account) located in another country hosted on another server but for some reason I can’t set up the 2nd server and keep thinking both the primary and secondary are the same.
OS for both servers: Debian
Plex Version: 1.13.0.5023
Am I doing anything wrong ?
you haven’t actually told us what you were doing in order to setup your 2nd server… so hard to tell what you had been doing wrong 
Make sure the actual server names are different, Plex doesn’t like two servers with same Plex Server Name.
And never, ever run a second server with the backed-up configuration data of the first server.
Or if you need to, you have to perform some steps on your ‘copy’ server first, or any plex client will get severely confused:
