I just tried it out on my MAX, but when i go into setup > applications i seet emplexer 2.0-b03, when i then try to connect to pms it says:

"System error, unhandled php plugin error. Call the php plugin vendor."

Any idea?

This is awesome, thank you!! I have a Dune HD 3.0 which plays nearly everything beautiful at full quality (no transcode) with HD audio and am now able to use it just as a Chromecast basically with Plex from my iPhone/iPad. Very nice.

I have to execute emplexer each time I start my Dune. Is there a way to automatically have the Dune run emplexer? I intend to use it mostly from my iOS phone and would be much easier if my family didn't have to remember to start emplexer app first.

Looking forward to testing any upcoming enhancements whenever they're ready.

You can setup your emplexer to start at boot, to do that you need to make the emplexer as favourite, after that go to favourites section and press popup button and select launch on power on.

With the new firmware update this should help a lot for emplexer i hope:

Changes since 140425_0132_b8:
- Subtitles are now supported during plugin playback.
This are a very good update, i don't understand why the subtitles setup was not available on VodPlayback from the beginning.
 

I just tried it out on my MAX, but when i go into setup > applications i seet emplexer 2.0-b03, when i then try to connect to pms it says:

"System error, unhandled php plugin error. Call the php plugin vendor."

Any idea?

You can setup your emplexer to start at boot, to do that you need to make the emplexer as favourite, after that go to favourites section and press popup button and select launch on power on.

I'm trying to install employer (emplexer 2.0-B03) on my Dune BD Prime 3.0 but it comes up with a error 'Application Manifest is missing' . My Dune has the latest firmware version.

On my Synology I have Plex media server installed

I have searched internet but could not find a solution. Hope that someone can help me with this error

Place a folder on your (usb)-drive/stick in your dune called: dune_plugin_logs

Reboot your Dune, the emplexer log will be found afterwards in this folder on your dune.

…very soon i will add myPlex support and the emplexer will able to access remote servers.

really waiting for myPLEX will be supported by client.

if I understood correctly sharing of specific library to different MyPlex user is only one way to restrict PMS content for now. Once emplexer will support MyPlex login,  different Dune box would have a different set of Libraries from the same server ( see f.e here  https://forums.plex.tv/topic/49931-password-protect-shares/ and here http://digiex.net/guides-reviews/guides-tutorials/media-guides/13104-plex-guide-restricting-content-plex-different-local-remote-users.html
