dune303D+emplexerV1 and NASNetgear+plex (Version 0.9.11.4.739-a4e710f), how through emplexer watch movies with the expansion of DVD and ISO?
My setup:
1 Dune HD Smart H1 always with last stable version (140610_0131_b8 now).
1 Dune 303d always with the last beta firmware (140827_0132_b9 now).
In bowth of then v1 and v2 works very well ;).

Emplexer V1 have full support to Bluray/DVD ISO/folder but a while since the Plex Media server dropped support for these kind of files, if you test with check in web interface you see that files are not listed.
If you like to use PMS with these files i recomend you remux then to MKV (i recomend the make MKV).
There is a problem,
If the plex (NASNetgear) change (update) the cover (fanart) in emplexerV1 (dune303D) cover is not updated, Dune shows the old cover.

Yes this is a bug on v1, the emplexer never renew the image cache, this bug fixed in v2.

Yes, i will back at the end of this month (after the xmas) and i will work hard to turn the emplexer v2 a valid replacement to v1.

I seem to have broken it.....
Both my v1 and v2 emplexers will not start. I also had issues with my roku not seeing the server (again previously working fine) untillI put a pin number in for it to connect.
I think (maybe?) this is something to do with the multiple user accounts that have recently been implemented. Any tips please?

I am completly new to plex and of course to this really nice plugin.
I hope I did not miss anything in this quite long thread.
I just installed both emplexer versions to my Dune BD Prime 3.0.
Am I right that the V1 cannot be used as a remote player from an other device?
With V2 I can see the emplexer in the player list, but when I try to connect, I get a time out message at my Windows Phone and Win8.1 App. Does anybody else have the same issue and got it probably solved?
Let me close my reply with a big thank you to newloran2, great work so far. It makes the Dune device so much more usable in a modern way / net.

Seems it does work, it was upnp disabled in the latest server update that was causing the issue.

The emplexer v2 for now is much unstable i recommend you to use the V1.

But first things first, i need to implement the most of v1 features first.

as requested by newloran2 some time ago, here are my wishes as functionalities (for music) for emplexer v2 :
- ability to display the lyrics, the different covers, year, etc. when available
- random play on a selection (album or artist)
- view per year - and decade (aahh, the 80's...)
[EDIT] - possibility to go directly to the artists or albums beginning with a specific letter (ex : "T"), to avoid to scroll endlessly all the artists or albums before finding what you want...
(EDIT] - possibility to sort/choose the songs via their note
about the movies :
- management of the seen/not seen movies
- indication of the available audio languages & also for the subtitles
and of course, best wishes for emplexer for 2015 !!!!!!!!!

I seem to be unable to start emplexer version 1 on a Zappiti 303D. After I install the application, the interface asks we whether I want to launch the application. If I say yes, I get a prompt "impossible to launch application". I am using a USB stick of 1 GB as system storage. The player is running on firmware version 140430_0849_b8.
Any ideas? Thanks you so much advance!
SOLVED!
I thought emplexer required a USB stick as system storage. Instead, it requires that there is internal storage (USB or SATA) available that is not _not_ initialized as system storage :-)
Does it make any difference whether in addition to standard storage there is any system storage available?
