I noticed after the threads that there would be a meta data fix coming along and seemed to be in the latest release. This doesn’t seem to have corrected the issue as I cam still getting odd movies adding with duplicates. As an example today I added in Uncut Gems (2019) and ended up with:
Is there a cunning way to purge these doubles as I tried removing the movie, run the optimise and then add the film back and the same happens.
Upon checking I seen the same thing as you and then I forced refreshed the movie and it updated it to the correct information.
I guess it was a problem in the plex cache/back-end which is now resolved. I’d suggest forcing a refresh of the movie on your side and if that still does not fix it then it might take a day for the cloud cache to update in your region.
OK, I’ll give it 24 hrs and see then if I can get it to flush through.
So, I’ve just tried to do a refresh metadata and the data set remains the same.
