Subtitles are not synchronizing

The are problems with sync of subtitles. I tried with the TV player (android TV) and I thought the problem was on the TV, but Netflix, YouTube all work fine when using subtitles… And to break the tie and check it, I also tested on my Xiaomi MI MIX 2S (6gb ram), that means it’s very fast device… And guess? It has not worked again…

The problem clearly is on Plex.

They need to review the subtitle function on the app…

Is that one of the movies provided by Plex? What’s the title so I can check?

If it’s your own movie, then Plex is just playing the subtitle file you provided.

I reported the issue but it may take time to get resolved. The subtitles come from other providers, so we need to wait for them to fix it.
