DVB-C Channel tuning CHANGE for Denmark (parknet) PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE FROM PLEX REPLY

Hi,

Denmark (Parknet) have CHANGED to following settings, and I can only find few channels using the scan setting for HDhomerun tuner selecting DVB-C Denmark (parknet) bechause Plex STILL use the old settings.

I know that the NEW settings for “DVB-C (Parknet)” is the following from the 01 april 2018:

Is it realy true that nobody at Plex company see this question !?
This realy a big issue, and I am not the only one with this issue, please help

I started tonight to try scanning “cable” under countries from A to Z.
I discovered that Plex have put “Denmark - Parknet-ID 100” under the country “Belgium”, that is a BIG failure.
Now I can scan all channels ! (even that it is under wrong country)
But I can’t get EPG to be automatically correct, as “Parknet id 100” is not on the list !
Plex please correct following:

  1. Put cable dvb-c “Parknet ID 100” under Denmark.
  2. Make “Parknet ID-100” a EPG option under Denmark zipp 2200

To try to clarify things:

  1. If your TV provider has changed the frequencies for your channels, then you’ll need to remove the existing DVR entry under Settings > Server > Live TV & DVR in the web app and create the DVR again so that it can get the new channel frequencies from the tuner.
  2. The data of where a provider appears (which country) and which channels are included is not controlled by us. That comes from the program guide data provider. Please see the this pinned thread for information on reporting issues with the EPG data.

May I kindly ask, if you work for Plex ?

Answers;

  1. Yes I understand how to re-tune channels. But I have found that my providers new settings is listed under the country “Belgium” and not “Denmark”.
    My provider have 2 entries, the old settings is under Denmark/ ‘Parknet’ and the new settings is under Belgium/ ‘Parknet.dk:id:100’.

Settings for provider “Denmark/Parknet” in Plex/dvr/scan channels:

Wrong/old settinge= “Denmark/Parknet”
Correct/new settings, but wrong placed= “Belgium/Parknet.dk(id:100)”
‘Parknet.dk:id100’ have to be placed under Denmark, not Belgium.

That is a big problem. Who do I have to contact to make the correction so that the new settings ‘Parknet.dk id:100’ will be under Denmark and not Belgium ?

We who use Parknet as TV provider are still patiently waiting for the channel list to be corrected ! (please see above)
