HDHomerun Dual and DVB-C Channels in Finland

I have an old HDHomerun Dual which works fine with EyeTV and TVHeadend. However with Plex DVR it will not find any channels from Welho Cable network in Finland. Are the channel parameters up to date? DNA/Welho updated channels some time ago and the current info can be found here: http://dvb.welho.fi

Is there any way I can edit the channel search; feed the info manually etc?

Oddly DVR setup did find some channels from another cable provider.

Has anyone figured out these settings yet? Can’t find any channels at Helsinki, Finland area on DNA Welho DVB-C network. I’m using WinTV solo. There seems to be configuration file for frequencies at “C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Resources\Tuner\Shared\scanners\dvbc\transponders” file is numbered 5358.

However can’t figure out what is what when comparing them to information on http://dvb.welho.fi/

Any ideas?

How would one do this in Unraid? Cant find ini files from appdata.

Manual tuning or full frequency scan on DVB-C would be useful.

Alright i figured it out after a while.
I basically had to edit the Database files of my media library like this: https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/7lr0fi/how_to_fix_missing_channels_in_the_dvr/
I would like a fix for this.
