DVB-T Subtitles Australia

1) NO Plex DVT-B Quad Card Issue - Flawless working on Windows 11
2) NO Plex DVB-T reception Issue - Flawless Recording of 61 Channels
3) NO Plex Playback Recorded Issue - Flawless Play of various Video Standards and there are many
4) NO Plex Library Issues - Flawless call up of all media types

**This is the following issue: **

This is the program crashing once you select the embedded teletext subtitle on ANY recording.
It generates an error Playback message box and black out INSTANT consistent crash.
Location: Australian DVB-T.
This is not a learning or lack of understanding procedures or steps.
My partner is profoundly deaf.
The subtitles of ALL PLEX scheduled recordings on the Hard Drive:

  1. Displayed PERFECTLY on setting request in a Application called DVBViewer Windows 11
  2. Displayed PERFECTLY on setting request in a Application called VLC Windows 11
Would your software engineers kindly look into this issue
I can upload a DVB-T at request recording so you can examine the issue.

Plex is working flawlessly in all other areas as well:
NAS Drive Plex server Setup. Videos & Music
All Plex setup on HTPC Windows 11, Desktop PC, 2 Xiaomi Android Mobile phones, 3 Android TV Boxes, TCL 75" Android TV. Libraries are ALL working really well.
5 Alexa Smart Display & Speakers - all playback videos and our music library via plex server
We will save a fortune in subscription costs and get the movies and all other the other entertainment under budget control and what we want - that is power of Plex
Thank you for your lifetime subscription we are on this plan.
The software engineers must have worked very hard to refine this product as to what it has become over ten years. No easy feat.
