DVBLogic 100TC DVB-C/T/T2 - TV Buttler on Qnap TS251+

Hello,

I am trying to install TV buttler on Qnap TS251+ in Plex media server.
Plex found the TV tunner immedriatelly (connceted on USB), the scan was completed (unsing antenna) - found 6 channels but I am unable to finish the process. The confirmation buton on the last step is gray.

Does anybody have the same issue and what can be the reason ?

You added a screenshot in your other post but not here

I see you are in Bulgaria. Bulgaria is not supported for EPG and you will need to use an xmltv source

Thank you for the answer. I tried also this one several times but it seems Plex cannot find the file

Have you tried local file path instead of a network path?

I have just tested a UNC Path for an xmltv file and it works ok

Check path and test the path directly
\\AXBUL\Download\epg.xml

and also check permissions to the plex user account

Hi,
Selected directory where I put the epg file is the same where plex read a data - so it should have access.
I do not have access to plex service files.
This is the log:

The path to the file is going to a zip file

It is not an xmltv file

I will try it out and see why we cannot handle the file . Looks like some large data item

The error has been reproduced and the issue has been referred to the development team. The underlying XmlUtils error is

XML: internal error: Huge input lookup

A fix is undergoing tests - the fix is for large xmltv files

Hello, I installed the new version but seems the problem is still there.
Was it solved in the latest verison ?

There were two fixes for xmltv - one in 1.19.2 and the other I expect to be in 1.19.3

Plex Media Server 1.19.3 has just been released to beta and has a fix for large xmltv files
