I have some DVDs from concerts of different artists. What is the best way to get this to my Plex? Which tool can you recommend? How can I deal with the frontend menues on the DVDs? Thank you

As for how to organize them… that’ll depend on what you want to achieve.
You can have a library of type Other video to organize the music videos as “main attraction” – or you can organize them as local extras displayed on the artist page of a music library.

However you turn it: in the vast majority of cases, it is a good thing that DVD/Bluray menus are not available in plex.
IMHO good riddance. It was a very poor user experience.
If you seek to include bonus material from the discs in Plex, you can do so – so long as the bonus material consists of video. These can be added as local extras. https://support.plex.tv/articles/local-files-for-trailers-and-extras/
But picture galleries and interactive “games” will not work.
