DVD Order Metadata Not Populating

I am trying to add a TV series with DVD ordering and its not loading the metadata from thetvdb. [obligatory I am aware of api v3 and searched through the TheTVDB metadata - V3 API and related issues thread but didnt find anything referencing dvd ordering].

Server Version#: 1.18.3.2129
OS Version#: Ubuntu Server 18.04.3 LTS

I verified the DVD ordering data exists on thetvdb side and I am able to get airdate metadata (has 5 episodes) but not dvd (10 episodes). If I go airdate it will only fill the first half of the episodes. I have done the Plex Dance (including bundles) several times. The series matches naturally, and if I switch to airdate it will fill the first 5 episodes but if I start with DVD ordering no episode metadata is loading at all.

This issue may be related to the v3api as I know the DVD ordering data was added recently via v3api (by me at the beginning of the week). I gave it a few days to see if it was a caching issue, and the picture updates I made to airdate order are updating but nothing seems to be pulling in for DVD order.

Not sure what logs or other information I might be missing that could help on this one.

I second this. I’m experiencing all the same issues. Every file is correctly named and numbered.

TVDB agent log is showing error retrieving it seems and then going to secondary that doesn’t have any data for the episodes
