I’m new to Live TV & DVR. It has worked great until Spring Training started and I tried to record the one thing I went back to a cable card for (as every streaming service dropped it), Fox Sports Midwest (824). I can click “Record” but nothing ever gets recorded nor can I navigate backwards if watching while it was supposed to be recording. It plays just fine, but won’t record. Scheduled recordings from this channel don’t show up on the “DVR Schedule” either. Every other channel I’ve tried works very well - I can hit record, cancel after a minute or so, and see the video in my library immediately on refresh. Note: This problem exists for every show that I’ve tried on Ch 824, not just baseball games.
A little suspicious that it appears to also be the only channel that doesn’t have an icon in the guide (although it should be the exact same icon from 826 which is successfully displayed) and instead just the text “FSM03HD”
There’s no unique flag on the channel like DRM. It is labelled HD like all the others on the HDHomerun Prime:

Things I’ve tried and had the same (lack of) success with:
- Recording while the show has already started
- Scheduling individual items on the guide
- Scheduling “All St. Louis Cardinals Events”
- Doing all these types of scheduling from different devices (Web, Shield TV, Android)
Please, if anyone can help or point to a workaround it would be greatly appreciated. I was really stoked about this solution until it didn’t work for really the only thing I care about. Thank you.
