DVR Fails to record

I am noticing most of the dvr recordings are failing. I am seeing these errors in the server log. Any ideas?

Failed to start session.
Recorder: Unable to create transcode session or session failed to start.
Recorder: Error 16 (Recording failed. Please check your tuner or antenna.) starting the record, shutting things down.
Recorder: Unable to create transcode session or session failed to start.

Having the exact same problem. I’m getting a very short recording of anywhere from 2 seconds to around 45 seconds and that’s it on every single recording. I’ve yet to be able to get one good recording since I did the last few updates. In all honesty, I had quit using the DVR function but decided to give it a try again and I should have stuck with my other DVR option because this is not working. I have (2) HD Homeruns with my antenna and the shows play fine using the HD Homerun app and what does record looks great in Plex but it only records a short session.

Getting this same error, tried rolling back to 1.41.0.8992 but still unable to use the DVR
