DVR Recording Failure

Guide/Lineup name: OTA Local Broadcast Listings via Plex default
Using XMLTV?: Don’t know. Didn’t configure it.
Channel number/Name: Applies to all channels

This issue has been happening for about a month and a half. I am running Windows 7 Pro for the server with the internal tuner card. I am only able to get the recordings that are scheduled which seems to be within a 24-hr window after I re-start the server. If I reboot the server, either as software or the physical machine, the scheduled recordings start immediately. I am not reaching any ceilings regarding ram or hard drive space.

The error I get is “Recording Failed. Please check your tuner or antenna”.

I have updated both the server and the client software that runs on my PC (I use it as my DVR in my living room). I have NOT uninstalled / reinstalled from scratch the server software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
