DVR find only 8 Chanels

Hello,

(Sorry for my bad Englisch) I have a Synology DS918+ with Plex Server. On the FritzBox is DVR Enable and i can watch TV Chanels in the VLC Media Player but the DVR Tool from Plex find only 8 Channels (bad Channels). I search much on google but i dont find the Problem.
Have anyone a Idea ?

“Geschützt” refers to encrypted channels. Plex does not support those. Usually you should still get the unencrypted non-HD channels for those private channels though.

i can see the channels in the second dropdown menu but i can’t select them. In my screenshot you can see the free non-HD channels that I cannot select.
