DVR no longer setup

Recently noticed that my DVR needs to be setup again (just recorded something last week). When I try to do the setup, it does not find my HomeRun. However, if I enter the IP, it finds it. After I type in the zip code to grab the guide, it pulls it down and then when I continue I get “The device is in use with an existing DVR”. I have tried going back to 2 previous versions and I am getting the same thing. Thoughts?

I should note that me HDRomeRun app works just fine.

So I scoured the forums and found an article that helped me:

I recently had to reinstall Windows 10. Previous to this my Plex server with my HDHomeRun CONNECT Quatro worked fine. I keep the local app data on a separate internal drive so that in the past when I’ve had to reinstall Windows, getting Plex running mostly consisted of installing the server and pointing the app data to the right location. Last week something different happened. After pointing the local app data to the right directory, my media loaded like normal but I could no longer add my DVR…

I assume my issue was caused by a recent Windows 10 update.
