DVR no longer setup

Recently noticed that my DVR needs to be setup again (just recorded something last week). When I try to do the setup, it does not find my HomeRun. However, if I enter the IP, it finds it. After I type in the zip code to grab the guide, it pulls it down and then when I continue I get “The device is in use with an existing DVR”. I have tried going back to 2 previous versions and I am getting the same thing. Thoughts?

I should note that me HDRomeRun app works just fine.
