Missing Live TV and DVR

My SSD drive failed, and when I got the windows OS installed on another drive, I installed the plex media server, and redid the database. However, when I try to add the TV/DVR it makes me type in the ip address for both my HD HOMERUN Quatro and HD HOMERUN Duo. I enter the address, and it goes the the process, sees the channels, but then when I get the “success” page and it is supposed to download the new guide, the “view guide” button is greyed out, and it just stops. The Live TV and DVR ‘channel’ never appears in the “libraries” menu. I have tried rolling back to 1.6.0, and have restarted computer multiple times. I have tried to set it up in Chrome and Firefox. Nothing I do seems to make the livetv channel appear, on the host computer, any pc, any mac, my phone or roku. I just can’t find the live tv. I’v been using it for years, but after replacing the hard drive it’s just gone. I’m sure there’s a setting that I’m missing somewhere, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I finally was able to work it out, so I thought I would post my solution in case anyone else was having a problem with their HD Homerun tuners disappearing, or with the whole Live TV/DVR disappearing. I had to roll back the server to version 1.16.0.1220, and then manually roll it forward one version/update at a time. with each update I tried to add the live tv / DVR and at version 1.16.2.1297 it finally saw my HD Homerun tuners again. so I jumped to the current version and it disappeared. so i started over. this time I manually rolled it forward one update at a time and it kept the live TV all the way to the current version. So now it sees my HD Homerun tuners and I have my live TV again. Long process, but we got there.
