DVR not recording whole film

I the UK lots of channels will broadcast a film with a short 5 or 10min news program in the middle of the film. When this is the case, Plex web client shows that both parts of the film are marked for recording, but in the DVR Schedule it shows only the first part of the film as being scheduled for recording and the duration confirms this. The second part of the film which starts 5 or 10 min after the end of the first part is not recorded and so the recording is useless.

Am I doing any thing wrong?
