DVR only available on some versions of Android?

It seems that DVR functionality is only available on some versions of Android.
One of my clients displays the “Program Guide”, The other does not. Anyone have a clue if I have missed some configuration somewhere?

Server:
OS: Windows 2008 R2
Plex Server: 1.8.1.4139

Working Client:
Android Version: 6.0.1
Plex Client Version: 6.3.4.1485

Failing Client:
Android Version: 5.1.1
Plex Client Version: 6.3.4.1485

Any reason I cant see "Program Guide on my Android 5.0.1 device?

I worked out the “issue”.

Apparently the Program Guide is only available when using the “Moblie” experience. If you change the layout to “TV” experience then “Program Guide” is removed as an option.
