DVR - Only Recording Audio / Small TS files

Disclaimer, I’m new to DVR.
Provider: Verizon Fios
Plex Version: 1.9.6.4358
OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

I’ve setup the HDHomeRun Prime with Plex, no problems picking up the device and adding it to Plex. I looked on the list of supported devices and went with the 3 tuner cable model. After encountering errors with the guide data, I had to remove one channel which failed the entire process (thanks to the forums here) I was able to find this information.

I can schedule a show to be recorded, but when it is finished recording it leaves a .TS file and it is around 130MB in size, when played in Plex it only produces audio with a black screen for video. (Firefox / Web / PC)

** Click Play - Plex log reveals:** [0x7f5f9c7ff700] ERROR - [Transcoder] [dash @ 0x18e2ec0] Cannot use rename on non file protocol, this may lead to races and temporary partial files.

I’ve included a tail on the plex log, it includes clicking Home in plex, then the library for DVR Movies, and finally playing the movie. I’ve also added the transcoder log and tuner log files.

EDIT: Added live-tv-data.log (tail from plex log for the live TV portion).
log notes MDE: : no direct play video profile exists for http/mpegts/
log notes MDE: : codec is unavailable for analysis
log notes MDE: video has no video stream but does have an audio stream

Let me know if I can dump more data here to help with resolution please.

that was a common problem in 1.9.6.4358. I had to roll back to 1.9.5. The latest release 1.9.6.4401 seems to have fixed it for me but I am on Windows 10

I switched over to the Beta updates to grab the latest version on that end. Thanks for the reply, I’ll see if this will no record. Would be great!
