Out of curiosity, is the correct poster available if you edit the episode? That is, did the DVR collect multiple posters and just pick the wrong one (from another show you record)?
One poster from Deep Space Nine, one from Perry Mason, and I think those other two are from House. The soonest the Deep Space Nine episode was recorded was last night, so it wasn’t a concurrent recording. Perry Mason could’ve been this morning, but still not concurrent.
This bug has existed and been reported and subsequently ignored for probably a year and a half.
I’ve got a kids cartoon library and some of the thumbnails that show up there are for rather risque scenes from adult swim shows. There is no logic to what will be selected. If I look through my libraries some shows thumbnails are 75% incorrect.
