This is on PlexWeb and also Nvidia Shield. But I noticed that a couple of shows that had been recorded from the DVR weren’t showing a thumbnail. I tried to match it, but then it said no matches were found using this agent. I’m using the TVDB.
So, I thought it could be an issue with the folder, so I created a new folder, pointing at the exact same set of files and using the same agent and got completely different results.
The “Recorded TV” folder is my original folder and has most thumbnails - but you can compare it to the second “TV Recorded” test folder and the thumbnails are completely different and a lot more incomplete - despite the same agent being used.
How can this be fixed?
