Recording failed

One of my recordings failed tonight, but can’t figure out why. Anyone know what all this means from the logs?

Unable to find title for item of type 5
SLOW QUERY: It took 218.750000 ms to retrieve 0 items.
Server returned 5XX Server Error reply
Failed to start session.
Recorder: Unable to create transcode session or session failed to start.
Recorder: Error 16 (Recording failed. Please check your tuner or antenna.) starting the record, shutting things down.

That could be a response from the tuner. eg if tuner being used already by another application eg HD Homerun application in case it is an HD Homerun DVR

Check that this is not the case and that Plex Media Server is the only application managing and using the DVR

If it is, you can get full logs but run with debug logging enabled

With debug logging already enabled, please restart the server to make sure we get fresh logs set created.

When the problem arises - note down the time and capture the logs zip and screenshot

Got it, thanks. I’m thinking that maybe there was a guide refresh at the time this happened as it seems like a fluke. I haven’t had any issues with this in the few months I’ve been using Plex as my primary DVR.
