Plex Server: Version 1.15.0.573
Platform: PC running Windows 10 Pro x64 vers 1803 (OS Build 17134.523). Windows fully updated as of 24/1/19.
Scheduled a TV recording.
Recording fails with “not enough free disk space”
But there’s plenty of disk space.
Witness the log which seems to say “I need 3GB, I have 335GB, it’s not enough”
“D:\Recorded TV.grab” is a valid path
Weird.
Would appreciate any pointers.

Well, there’s the problem. You don’t have space for 16 EB (Exabyte) of data. That definitely isn’t right. Let me look into this.

Turns out this was a known issue and has already been fixed in the latest beta. Please update to 1.15.0.659 and let me know if you still have this issue.

Update: Seems fixed. Recordings now start.
I am having this very issue. I have version 1.15.1.710. Strangely the same half hour show sometimes records, the next episode starting the following half hour doesn’t record. Any help appreciated.

That’s the same time frame in your screenshot.
Same here, but inconsistent. Had a scheduled 30 minute show record fine earlier in the day, but a one hour show scheduled for 7pm failed with the not enough disk space error. I don’t see low disk space on any of my drives on the server. I noticed the failure about 10 minutes into the show, so I manually started the recording (without changing anything else) and it worked fine.
Any ideas anywhere?
Please provide logs from PMS. The problem were found was fixed. If you still have this issue, it’s something else we haven’t yet identified.

It’s easier if you can provide the entire zip file.
I’m also getting this issue with the latest stable release, more annoying as i’ve just added another 3TB of available storage. Before adding more storage i still had a few hundred GB free

Doh! I found the issue, I run windows as the server on a smaller drive, the files are then stored on a separate disk.

Just found I can update the path in Settings -> General -> Advanced.
I’ll update it from the default of “C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local”
