DVR Recordings Never Show up - Stuck in Grab folder

I’m on the latest beta version. DVR showed 4 shows recording at 5:30, but none of them finished. Here are my logs from 4 hours later.

Windows 8 Server, plenty of processing power
Plex Server Version 1.10.1.4561 
2 HDHomerun Primes
No conflicting recordings on media center and restarted the PC prior to recording

I’d love to dump Windows Media Center and upgrade this PC to Windows 10, but I can’t do that until Plex DVR becomes reliable.

Logs only covers from 8:10 pm to 8:59 pm.

Since you mentioned retiring WMC are you using the same HDHR Prime devices to record shows in WMC at the same time? This could cause a problem. So you have 4 shows set to record at 5:30 in both WMC and Plex.

Would need logs immediately after the failed recordings.

No WMC recordings during this time. I was doing this on purpose as a test. I’ll run another test and get the right logs.
