Hi,
I’m running v 1.9.2.4285 of Plex on a Synology DS415+ (running DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 5) and for a few days my recordings have stopped at 100% and don’t move into their respective TV folders - they seem to just sit in “grab”. On the recordings schedule screen you can see they have recorded but aren’t playable (see attached image). This shows the two programs from yesterday, still sitting there.
Any ideas on why this may be happening or how I can stop it please?

This is happening to me as well (v 1.9.2.4285), however I simply record to my local hard drive. I did notice that as soon as I shutdown the plex media service, the recordings immediately transfer over to their respective folders outside of .grab.
This also started happening to me over the past 24 hours. I’m also using version Version 1.9.2.4285. The recording is in the .grab folder, and I can view it, but it’s only a partial recording. I’ve noticed that since the program ended, the file size has grown from about 2 GB to 14 GB and still seems to be growing. It seems like it could eventually finish, but it’s now been 24 hours. I’ve never seen this happen before. Any ideas?
I am also having issues with this happening on a mac mini. Files never leave the transcode folder.
Thanks for the replies guys - at least I know it’s not just me now. Hopefully we’ll have a fix or some advice soon.
