DVR schedule does not record all NEW programs in certain instances

Using Hauppauge tuners. zip code 85050 guide. set up Jeopardy to record new programs on local independent channel 3.1. Live Guide shows the program will record Mon-Fri but DVR schedule shows only recording mon-thu. sure enough, friday does not record. ALL other channels record repetitive new shows fine.
