DVR Settings - Channels

I am currently using DirecTV and purchased PlexPass with my HDHomeRun Prime TV tuners to replace my DirecTV service. During the Add Device procedure a list of channels provided by my cable card provided was listed during the very lengthy process. I now want to modify which channels shown in the Program Guide to only show programming in HD. I have not found a method of modifying the channel list either in the Program Guide or in Settings/DVR (Beta) section. In addition the top Left side of the DVR (Beta) shows DVR-DIRECTV. The only option when selecting One of my Two HDHomeRun Prime tuners the only option is for Converting Video While Recording.

  1. How do I accomplish filtering channels using either the program guide or DVR Setup?

Have you clicked on the link that has the numbe of channels enabled? That should allow you uncheck a channel

Yes: Settings/Server/DVR look at the device.

Yes, I am aware of this area however when selecting this area nothing happens. Does something different happen on your installation of PMS? The only approach I have found is to delete the device and re-install selecting only the channels I want to watch which is very lengthily process. Currently each of my HDHomeRun Prime has 210 channels enabled after selecting not to include only HD channels. I would have expect something like a “favorites” option that I currently have with DIRECTV. I also purchased a One Year subscription to HD-DVR service which does work on various platforms not just on Android TV and IOS. Not much better but it does work. Plex needs to get on the ball and catch up to the competition.
