DVR Setup hangs at Program Guide

Wondering if anyone had any ideas.

I have a Synology DS418play and have installed Plex media server. With the help of guides on the forum, this has installed easily with hardware transcoding activated. However I’ve tried installing my Silicon HDHomeRun CONNECT and the DVR Setup process hangs when trying to download the Guide.

The device is easily found and detects 146 channels. I put in my postcode (London, UK). On the next screen I get:

We’re finding the best guide for your channels and location.

This should only take a few moments.

But this hangs at 0%

Any ideas?

I am getting the exact same issue here in Phoenix, Arizona today. I am also using a HDHomeRun Connect.

As suggested by another post, I logged out of my Plex account and logged back in and this time the Program Guide started to load correctly.
