DRV Guide Data Load Screen Hangs at 0%

I was instructed to delete my old DVR. When attempting to create a new DVR I get stuck on the loading guide data screen at 0%.
Plex is able to detect my HDHomeRun CONNECT DUO tuner and displays my channel list and prompts me for my zip code. The screen after I enter the zip code hangs at zero percent.
