DVR show .ts subtitles on Roku plex not working

DVR shows on playback do not show Closed Captions on Roku (rebooted/latest version updates) ultra. iOS/Android all work fine, Chromecast plex app and fire stick plex app all work. Seems to be only the Roku. Playback of recording plays with normal subtitles using VLC.
