DVR shows don't show seasons when added to the library

Hi, I’ve been using plex for a little while now. Running it in a docker on UnRAID. Everything is working well. I have recently started to look into the live TV and DVR setup. Got it setup with a HDHomeRun.

It’s all working as expected except that the when new shows are added to the library from the DVR section it doesn’t respect the global rules in regards to show seasons. I have this set globally to “show” but the when I DVR show gets added the first time it defaults to “hidden”.

I can’t seem to find a way to set the default behavior for the DVR.

I then have to go in and manually adjust each shows settings to show seasons.

I have the same issue since the last Plex server update. I have to go into each show and change the setting to Show Seasons as they have all reverted to Hidden.

I have 3 Plex servers and the one I updated with the latest release is the only one displaying this behavior now.

Any resolution?

I too am having the same issue… Each new show is defaulting to the seasons being hidden. Hoping somebody has a solution. Thank you for your help.
