“Plex Pass Downloads” = “Beta” and that switch is on.

1.13.9 beta has now been superseded by 1.13.9.5456 which should fix the issue of failure to load TV Shows libraries with recorded media and also episode and watched counts

  • Fix for recorded TV libraries failing to load on iOS. (#9227)
