I see that echo show devices are cheap on black Friday deals.

Does anyone know if you can install the plex skill onto them to play music and if so does it also display album art of the currently playing track

I have no interest trying to watch movies or Plex TV, simply to play music from my local Plex server

Plex is pretty useless on echo show devices. The same skill works with the same limitations as other echo devices.

From memory album art will display on the device but there is no touch interface for plex on the show devices
