Edit Library Paths in Bulk

Hey

I recently had some issues with storage which has forced me to relocate everything, however I have over 100 libraries & several Plex servers - and I need to update the path on all of these.

What would be the easiest way to do this? I assume editing the Plex database. What fields?

For example I want to change all library folder paths from;

/Home/user/oldstorage/media

To

/Home/user/newstorage/media
