Users/Friends who have access to PMS, should be able to set their communication preferences. These preferences should include an option to be notified when content is added, edited, removed from each library for each server.
The email should contain a summary of changes. Possibly have schedule option so you could receive a weekly, monthly, or other recurring alerts.
