I want to change my email adress on the account and I received this message : EMAIL HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN. Can you tell me how to proceed, please?

Have you recently used the desired e-mail address with another Plex account?

There is a thirty day lockout before you can re-use an e-mail address.
