New user. Clicked unsubscribe from all and it persisted. However, I cannot opt back into any Marketing emails. I can opt in and out of Discover emails just fine. Your system is broken. I’ve tried in multiple browsers with all blocking extensions disabled.
Which browsers were you using. macOS or Windows. I could not reproduce but will ask our QA folks to give a try.
Do you see the green “Preferences Updated” toast under the Update Preferences button after hitting it?
