I have unsubscribed to plex emails, but still am getting emails from Plex - who can I contact for support?
Are you 100% positive that none of the checkboxes on this page Email Preferences | Plex is checked?
I have gone and unchecked boxes, and when I click on unsubscribe via the email, it gives me this message
Then when I “click here” it takes me to the same space where I unchecked all the unsubscribe stuff earlier. Wouldn’t bother me normally, except i’m getting a large amount of junk.
Could you inspect the email’s headers and find out to which email address it was originally sent?
It might have been addressed to an old email of your account (or maybe even a totally different plex account).
Please send me the email address per PM – I’ll make sure it gets deleted from the list.

Yes, that is a whole different plex account than the one you are using to write in this forum.
You should have the credentials to this one as well.
I recommend you to use your web browser’s “incognito”/“privacy” mode and log into it. (you did use “Login with Apple”.)
Then visit the Email preferences page again (using that same browser session).
Are there all checkboxes empty?
(If you created that second account inadvertently, you should delete it right away.)
