Email Subscriptions NOT Working - Please help!

Hello,

I am trying to subscribe to emails for:

  • Newsletters & Product News
  • Sales & Promotions

I click the checkboxes for them and press “Update Preferences” and I get the little pop-up message saying “Preferences Updated,” but then if I go back to confirm my changes took affect, the checkboxes are empty again. It won’t accept the change and stick. It keeps disappearing.
