Not receiving newsletter/plexcerpts email

Hello
I’m not receiving newsletter emails from Plex.
According to page https://www.plex.tv/email-preferences/ I’m subscribed to all emails, however I haven’t received any Plexcerpts or promotions emails since February this year

If I look in my browser devtools, in a response from https://clients.plex.tv/api/v2/user?... it says mailingListActive: false and mailingListStatus: unsunscribed.

I’ve tried doing the disable/enable emails from the “email-preferences” page, but I still don’t get newsletter emails.

I’m still able to receive new sign-in emails and such.

For a short test, could you try and unsubscribe to all, wait 2 min, and then subscribe back again?

I’ve unsubscribed to all, waited a bit and then resubscribed to all.
