Email Verifications Not Sending

I’ve been trying, unsuccessfully, to get my email alias verified. I’ve had my account for 7 years, but am now wanting to add it to my NAS and am therefore locking down 2FA, etc. But despite trying several times, I can’t seem to get the email sent (it’s an @outlook.com account). And yes, I’ve been dutifully checking my Junk folder. Any ideas?

After a couple of days going back/forth with Support, I’m still not getting verification emails. Yes, I’ve looked high & low through my Inbox; every other service I’ve subscribed to over the years has been successful here, but not Plex. They are suggesting that I need to contact Microsoft (it’s an Outlook.com account), but I’m 100% confident that it’s not a “me” issue (full disclosure - I worked in the Office Product Group for several years).

Anyone else had issues with verifications? How did you go about convincing Plex it wasn’t an issue you could solve yourself?
