I accidentally had 2 plex accounts. One with a Yahoo email and one with gmail. The Yahoo one was my real account. The Gmail was the accidental one I never bothered to delete. I got the data breach email to my gmail but not my Yahoo. The Yahoo account is not receiving any emails from plex. I reset the gmail plex with the password reset email and received a confirmation email that my password had been reset. I ended up logging into the plex desktop site to reset my password for the Yahoo account and when I reset the password never received a confirmation email. I changed the Yahoo plex account email to a different email and received a verification email to the new email. I changed the email back to my Yahoo email and cannot verify the email address because no email from plex was received to the Yahoo email address. There is nothing in my spam from plex.
I’m having a similar issue, I’m not getting the reset password instructions sent to my yahoo account. Been trying to the last couple of days. Nothing in spam.
