"Empty trash automatically after every scan" Option is missing

Trying to turn off the “Empty trash automatically after every scan” option. I went to this page but the option is not there.

Hints?

I selected the server and thought that where it was supposed to be. I later found it. Thanks

ah I see. The directions do not say to look under the Library section of settings. I’ll get that updated
