Sorry if this is a thing but I couldn’t find anything related to this whilst searching.
I think it would be useful to have more control over where user pin codes are deployed.
For example - currently if you set a pin you have to enter your pin on every device that you use (TV, phone/tablet, pc etc.)
So I don’t necessarily want/need a pin on every device I use. My phone already has a finger print/face ID/pin, just to access it. As a general rule I should be the only person using that device.
However in my living room I might want to have a pin to prevent kids from watching programs that are inappropriate for them. Or a pin just on the admin account for devices that friends or family members own that I won’t necessarily have access to.
My main idea behind this is that my household doesn’t particularly need a pin for any of the devices that my partner and I use.
However my sister has children, albeit quite young, who are smart enough to be able to change users without much hassle. Having user pins on the devices that they have access but not every device linked to my Plex account would be nice (or only have specific accounts appear on certain devices).
Maybe make it a premium feature or something?
