End credits is not working on my tv show library anymore

To see how it works i enabled intro and end credits detection on my tv show library. And in the scheduled tasks in the plex server settings in the library tab. i scanned a show. and i played a few tv show episodes on my television and intro and end credits were working fine.

Then i realized that how massive the scanning is for my hardware. And wanted this process not being done randomly by my scheduled daily task. But i wanted to do it manually. So i disabled it on my tv show library. This was wrong because after doing this my plex server was scanning my tv show library to disable it on all my tv shows. i realized that i should have disabled it in the settings library on my plex server.

Now i enabled intro and end credits on my tv show library only the intro is working. Also on newly scanned content. But no end credits anymore. However it is working fine on my other libraries.

I fear that i broke my tv show library. How can i fix this.

Created a secondary tv show library that is attached to a new windows folder that only contains a copy of the tv show that i am unable to add end credits.

This time i scanned this test library with the following settings in plex media server - settings - library and marker source set to local detection only. (So no internet check)

This has solved the issue that i have. It seems the database on the internet with end credits information for tv shows is not to be trusted.

Now i need to know how to fix my original very large library with tv shows. Without having to create a new library.

If someone knows how to fix this. Please help me with this.

Tested in my test library. Temporarily moved tv show out of library.
Then in plex scanned entire test library in plex.
Waited until next morning so plex scheduled tasks updated the library.
After that added tv show again in the folder.
In plex scanned the test library again. And plex started adding intros and end credits on the tv show.

This solved my issue with the end credits problem on my current tv show library. Thankfully i only have manually scanned a few tv shows.

For me the following is important to have in plex on the library tab scanning set to only scan locally and not use the check on internet.
