Tv show library end credits are not added during manual scan

Problems with adding intro and end credits in tv show library. Only the intros are added. Tried everything from creating new library to reinstalling plex media server. As last removed plex server software and deleted entire plex server folder that contains databases and metadata.

When i installed plex server again and created tv show library from scratch tried to scan 2x tv shows as test to add intro and end credits. Only the intros are scanned and added.

NOTE: intro and end credits are enabled on library level. Also in plex server settings - library the generate intro and end credits video markers are set to scheduled task and when media is added.

Is there someone who can help me with this problem.

During testing i figured out that manual adding of intro and end credits works as follows:

Tv show library
In library on tv show level adding manually intro and end credits does not work
In library on season level adding manually only intro works
In library on episode level adding manually both intro and end credits works

Movie library
In library selecting movies and manually adding end credits works

cost me a lot of hours and days to figure this out
