Ending credits refuse to detect

Hello,
I’ve been trying to get Plex to detect ending credits for a few TV Shows. I’ve tried adjusting to local only, online only, and both. No luck. I’ve tried the Plex Dance, no luck. The XML file lists the intro, but no credit markers. I’ve analyzed episodes one at a time, no change. Logs with Debug are attached. I am a PlexPass member. Any help is truly appreciated!!

Currently the player is set to one episode at a time, not sure if that matters any.
